Steam added to Ubuntu Software Center with 50%-80% sales on games

Valve's Steam Client for Linux is now officially available for Ubuntu 12.04 and Ubuntu 12.10 via Ubuntu Software Center. It is available for both 32bit and 64bit versions of Precise Pangolin and Quantal Quetzal.

To celebrate it Steam offers 50% to 80% off the price of every Steam Linux title – of which there are over 50 to choose from – until Thursday February 21st. Counter Strike Source, Team Fortress 2 and Serious Sam 3 are some of the games on offer!
