windows logoIf you are working on a Linux system most probably you will have enabled the option to make a window active just by hovering over it your mouse pointer. Moreover you are able to write some text on that window although it isn't on the foreground which is extremely helpful, at least for me. However you can't do this on Windows. You have to click on the window that is back and it will come to the front. Although through Windows Control Panel you have the option to switch windows by hovering (Control Panel> Ease of Access> Change How Your Mouse Works > Activate a window by hovering over it with the mouse)  this brings the window to the top. Here is a little registry tweak to get the desired result.
