In this guide I will show you how to easily create a ringtone from an mp3 audio file for your iPhone, Android, BlackBerry or Windows phone device. I am going to use RingTone Maker a free software for Windows that allows you to cut the desired part of your favorite song. Download RingTone Maker and let's get started.
This is the main window of RingTone Maker. Simply drag and drop the mp3 file on the program's window.
In the next step drag the orange indicators to trim the song. You can hear the selected area by pressing the play button.
Afterwards select your phone type. iPhone, Android, BlackBerry, Windows or other for any other phone type.
Select where you want to save the ringtone file and press the Create your ringtone button.
In a few seconds your ringtone will be ready.
Now copy the file to your mobile phone device and set it as ringtone! Pretty easy and fast!
