Scroll down a little and you will find a template named "No menu". Select it and click the green tick. If the disc is blank, make sure that it is the type of disc required for your project (CD if you are trying to burn an audio CD, DVD if you are trying to burn video, etc). It can be that the burner simply does not like that type of disc, try another type or brand of media.
